To further enhance our school facilities through efficient resource allocation to support a safe, creative, and nurturing atmosphere that will inspire and empower all students, staff, families, and community members.

To attract, develop, and retain a highly-skilled, diverse, and dedicated workforce, committed to providing an outstanding education for every student.

DISTRICT GOALS

Goal #1:  Healthy School Climate:  Cultivate a positive school culture in partnership with parents and guardians by strengthening character education, promoting responsible digital citizenship, advancing social-emotional learning, and fostering meaningful interpersonal connection.

Goal #2:  Differentiated Learning:  Differentiate student learning utilizing the Response to Intervention (RTI) process to meet diverse learning needs through data-driven, personalized instruction.

Goal #3:  Communication and Community Engagement:  Deepen community awareness and engagement around the programming, progress, and innovation happening throughout the Montvale Public Schools.
