To collaboratively develop a plan as a school community to support a shared vision that focuses on the unique learning needs of each student.

Identify the diverse needs of students to support an inclusive community where all individuals can thrive and succeed.

Goal #3:  FACILITIES, FINANCES & RESOURCES
To further enhance our school facilities through efficient resource allocation to support a safe, creative, and nurturing atmosphere that will inspire and empower all students, staff, families, and community members.

Goal #4:  RECRUITING & SUPPORTING TALENTED PROFESSIONALS
To attract, develop, and retain a highly-skilled, diverse, and dedicated workforce, committed to providing an outstanding education for every student.

DISTRICT GOALS

Goal #1:  Student Wellness:  Enhance student mental health through character education, social-emotional support programs, and continued focus on
                  prevention and intervention services.

Goal #2:  Teaching and Learning:  To address diverse student learning needs, teachers will use varied instructional methods supported by targeted   
                  professional development.

Goal #3:  School Facilities:  Complete ongoing construction projects and begin to incorporate new facilities into the school day to enhance student
                  learning.
